With effect from 25th May 2018 new rules relating to how businesses collect, use and store personal data will come into effect via the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) Law.

 

ACL Electrical take a proactive approach regarding the privacy of data relating to their clients (and potential clients), and the protection of any data gathered via this website.

Any information collected is appropriately, and securely, stored.

 

The retaining of sensitive information, such as contact details, enables us to contact clients on a professional capacity, however, information is only ever stored until it is no longer beneficial to the client.

 

If data is no longer required it is securely disposed of.

 

Paper documents are shredded before being disposed of, and digital data is deleted / destroyed.

 

A copy of information held relating to yourself or your organisation, can be requested, and you have the right to request that this information is appropriately deleted via your “Right to be Forgotten”
